Nestled in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, the property is just minutes away from boat ramps #22 and #23—perfect for bringing your boat, jet skis, and other outdoor toys. With ample parking for multiple vehicles, you'll have plenty of space to enjoy all your favorite activities. Relax and unwind in the privacy and tranquility of this serene lakeside retreat, surrounded by wildlife and abundant deer. *Please note, the lakefront is currently inaccessible due to the lake being 25 feet low.*

The house is just 30 minutes from the historic city of Gruene, TX, where you’ll find excellent shopping, dining, waterfront access to the Guadalupe River, and the iconic Gruene Hall, Texas’s oldest dance hall.

Whether you choose to explore the scenic Texas Hill Country or enjoy a quiet night in, you’re sure to experience plenty of adventure and relaxation. For your entertainment, we offer 5 flat-screen TVs, so you can stream your favorite shows and movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and Apple TV. You can also easily connect your smart devices to the provided Wi-Fi.

• The house features four bedrooms (5 beds) and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The Master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a trundle bed that converts into a double, and a desk for those needing to work from home. Both the Master and Lake View rooms offer king-size beds and private full bathrooms. The two guest bedrooms each have queen-size beds and share a bathroom with the main living area.

• For added comfort, all mattresses are equipped with Pure Care protectors, promoting wellness and hygiene throughout the night.

• The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and a Keurig for your on-the-go coffee needs. Enjoy your meals indoors or dine al fresco at the large patio table just outside the living room.

• The living room features an open concept design, seamlessly connecting to the entertaining area and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape, both inside and out.

• Relax on the tailored sofa with built-in recliners, perfect for unwinding while you watch TV on the large 50" Samsung TV, which is positioned for viewing from anywhere in the room.

• Just outside the living room, you'll find an expansive patio with glass windows, featuring a dining area and BBQ for your convenience. The fire pit area is perfect for relaxing, roasting marshmallows, or enjoying chilly evening conversations and stargazing.

• Follow the path from the patio to explore the sprawling 3-acre open space that leads down to the lake.
